Job Description
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Monitor cash drawer and ensure proper cash handling.
- Assist in restocking and inventory management as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in any field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess strong work ethic, customer management, teamwork, branding, sales management, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, requiring standing for long periods and occasional lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others.
