- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Assist in training new cashiers as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong cashiering skills, excellent communication skills, and hospitality skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multi-task and handle customer service responsibilities efficiently.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be friendly, approachable, and have a strong attention to detail.
