Job Description
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Assist in inventory management and restocking items
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Complete transactions in a timely manner
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in POS systems, excellent numerical skills, and customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handling cash transactions, scanning items, and providing prompt customer assistance.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
