Description
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Process payments through various methods (cash, credit, etc.).
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, financial analysis, attention to detail, and effective written communication are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Process transactions, handle cash, assist customers, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may involve long hours and standing.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
