Sales Transactions: Scan, record, and bag items or products for customers while ensuring the accuracy of sales.
Receipts and Change: Issue official receipts and provide the correct change for cash payments.
Cash Management: Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all funds are accounted for.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about promotions, discounts, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
Discrepancy Resolution: Address customer complaints or billing issues professionally and escalate unresolved issues to management.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, including keeping supplies stocked.
Inventory Support: Assist in stock-taking and replenishment of products as needed.
Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and standards, including handling confidential information securely.

Experience: Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is an advantage but not always required.
