Description
- Engage with customers to assess their vehicle needs.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles and features to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate prices and financing options to close sales.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of inventory and market trends.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in car or truck sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; knowledge of automotive features and financing options.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage customers, demonstrate vehicles, negotiate sales, maintain customer relationships, and manage inventory.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment, flexible hours, with potential weekend work.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, persuasive, reliable, and passionate about vehicles and customer satisfaction.
