Description
- Customer Interaction & Needs Assessment:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment.
- Ask questions to understand the customer’s needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide product information, such as vehicle features, specifications, and pricing, in an understandable and engaging way.
- Vehicle Presentations:
- Conduct test drives with potential customers, highlighting key features and performance aspects of the car.
- Show customers various models and explain the differences in features, performance, and value.
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding the vehicle.
- Sales Process Management:
- Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicle options, financing, and insurance plans.
- Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and other terms to close the sale.
- Prepare sales agreements, contracts, and other documentation for finalizing sales.
- Sales Targets & Goals:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track and follow up on leads and prospects.
- Use CRM tools to monitor and manage customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Customer Service & Relationship Building:
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage brand loyalty.
- Market Knowledge & Product Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest car models, features, and automotive industry trends.
- Understand competitive offerings and market conditions to better position the dealership’s inventory.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle warranties, financing options, and any special promotions or discounts.
- Administrative and Reporting Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and legal regulations regarding vehicle sales.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as Car Sales Representative
- Good communication, negotiation, and persuading skills
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5'3 height
