We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative (Sales) to join our fast-paced BPO team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while actively identifying sales opportunities, meeting performance targets, and ensuring a positive customer experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and promotions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or service upgrades.
  • Upsell and cross-sell during service interactions to achieve revenue targets.
  • Convert inquiries into successful sales using approved scripts and sales techniques.
  • Process orders, payments, renewals, cancellations, and service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and internal systems.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs such as sales targets, conversion rate, AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow compliance, data protection, and company policies.
  • Participate in product knowledge and sales training sessions.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and quality analysts to improve performance.


Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years of BPO, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Good listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work in night shift schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Strong customer focus with a positive and professional attitude.
