- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Document interactions and maintain customer records.
- Achieve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 3 months healthcare account BPO experience or 6 months financial and insurance BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service, knowledge in healthcare, insurance, and finance, financial literacy, excellent English language skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, possible remote work options, standard working hours may vary.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.
