Description
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in any field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language, strong problem-solving abilities, knowledge of sales pipeline processes, and call center techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales efforts.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, patience, and adaptability.
