Industry: Real Estate & Property Management

We are currently hiring full-time Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & Spanish) to support a growing property management operation handling multiple residential buildings.

This role involves inbound customer support and outbound tenant follow-ups. You will serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, managing inquiries and conducting outbound calls related to lease renewals, outstanding balances, and general account matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls (approximately 50 calls per day)
• Make outbound calls regarding renewals, balances, and other tenant-related concerns
• Respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Route issues to the appropriate department when needed
• Maintain clear and accurate communication at all times

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (strong verbal communication skills required)
• Confident and comfortable handling high call volumes
• Patient, polite, and professional phone presence
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in inbound and/or outbound calling is a plus (training provided)
