Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can quickly identify customer needs, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Senior High School Graduate with 1–2 years BPO experience
- College Level (at least 2nd year) with minimum 6 months CSR experience
- College Graduate – with or without experience
