Requirements

• Experience Level: 0–2 years

• Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to effectively manage call volume and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working in a call center environment
