- Assist customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least Senior High School completer with at least 6 months BPO experience
or
- College Graduate - No BPO experience needed
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work ONSITE in Bridgetowne, QC
