Description
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide effective solutions to customer issues and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with product and service information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall call center performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (No experience required)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
