Job Description:

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a publishing account is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about publications, subscriptions, and related services. CSRs serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
