- Assist customers with issues and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (entry-level)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; Strong customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities; Strong work ethic; People-oriented attitude
- Working Conditions: Work in a fast-paced call center environment
