- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Performance-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Must have proven sales experience (BPO sales background preferred)
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- Preferably with Business Online Directory experience
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be assigned in Mactan, Cebu
- Willingness to work in a night shift
