Interpacific Transit Inc. is the General Sales Agent of Delta Airlines in the Philippines.

We're looking for energetic and vibrant candidates for our Global Sales Solutions Team.

As a Global Sales Solutions Associate, the candidate will be tasked to handle inbound calls regarding flight inquires, reservations and ticketing for passengers and travel agents. Other responsibilities may include fare computation, answering email inquiries as well as handling of customer care related issues.

1. College Graduate

• A bachelor’s degree in Tourism or any field is required.

2. Fluent in English

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

3. Customer Service Experience Preferred

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.

4. Airline Reservations Experience is a Plus

• Prior work in airline or travel reservations will be highly regarded.

5. Fresh Graduates Welcome
