About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Sales Agent to join our team at Peak Outsourcing, Inc.' in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while generating sales through outbound calls.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide product information and resolve customer inquiries
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products/services
• Achieving and exceeding daily/monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Maintaining a positive, professional, and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
• Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the CRM system
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales-focused role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in English and Filipino languages
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Comfortable working in a team and independently
