Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representative (Logistics)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM 7,200
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekends & Public Holidays Off)

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

- Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- JLPT N2 or above
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Customer support experience is an advantage
