- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Document call details and customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Customer Service skills, Problem Solving abilities, and strong People Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
