What You'll Do:

  • Address healthcare inquiries with expertise and care.
  • Clearly explain billing, coverage, and claims information.
  • Solve customer issues effectively and escalate when needed.


What We’re Looking For:

  • SHS graduates, at least 2 years/4 semesters of college completed
  • Freshers are also welcome to apply!
