Description
- Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product support.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Achieve daily performance targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, financial literacy, effective account management, and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, requiring multitasking and focus.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
