As a Customer Service Representative (Local Financial Account), you will:

• Handle calls and inquiries from local customers related to banking and financial transactions such as account balance, deposits, withdrawals, card issues, and payment assistance.
• Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
• Manage customer concerns and escalation handling following company guidelines and client policies.
• Perform data verification, account updates, and transaction support through the system.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy and banking standards.
• Participate in training and upskilling programs to stay aligned with financial regulations and customer service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 months of BPO experience OR
• At least Financial / Banking experience (teller, loan processor, remittance, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years in college with no back subjects
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite at Alorica Fort, Taguig
• Can start this November 2025!
