Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and/or outbound calls, provide excellent service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Senior High School Graduate with 1–2 years BPO experience
- College Level (at least 2nd year) with minimum 6 months CSR experience
- College Graduate – with or without experience
