Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within SLA.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.


Requirements

  • Open to College Graduates (any course)
  • Open to 2nd Year College Undergraduates
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
