- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service orientation, excellent organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain call logs.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve extended hours on the phone.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, good communicator, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
