We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Wave 1 Customer Service Team in Clark, Pampanga. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, and high school graduates under the old curriculum who are looking to begin or continue a career in the BPO industry. No prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner

• Provide accurate information and solutions based on company products and services

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• Open to Fresh Graduates and Career Shifters
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Willing to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga
• No previous BPO experience required
