Requirements

- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide information about products/services, maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require evening/weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, ability to work under pressure.
