Description

  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Open to all segments. With or without BPO experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy towards customers.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working Conditions: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
