We are seeking skilled and experienced Pork and Beef Butchers to join our team in Croatia. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, and portioning pork and beef products according to company and customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product quality.

The job involves cutting, trimming, boning, and portioning pork and beef carcasses into standard cuts for further processing or sale. Butchers will operate knives, saws, grinders, and other butchering equipment safely and efficiently, inspect meat products for quality and freshness, remove bones, excess fat, and sinew, and ensure minimal waste. They will also weigh, package, label, and store meat products properly, maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and machinery, and strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards. Teamwork and cooperation are required to meet daily production targets, along with performing other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Applicants must have proven experience as a Butcher specializing in pork and beef processing, with knowledge of different meat cuts and butchery techniques. They must be able to work with speed, precision, and attention to detail and have a basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations. Candidates should be physically fit, able to stand for long hours, and willing to work in cold environments such as meat processing facilities. Good teamwork and communication skills are essential, and experience abroad or in large-scale meat processing plants will be an advantage.

Employment Terms:

Contract duration is two years and may be renewed based on performance and company needs. Working hours are eight hours per day, six days per week. Salary will be competitive and based on experience.
