Responsibilities - Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for target markets, focusing on driving platform engagement and financial performance. - Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships with industry key opinion leaders (KOLs) and relevant organizations to continuously grow the client base. - Manage and operate regional user communities (Discord/Telegram), converting potential opportunities through community engagement. - Proactively research and onboard potential partners, optimize collaboration frameworks, and serve as the primary point of contact. - Analyze customer and competitor data to identify business opportunities and propose product enhancements that meet market expectations. - Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to plan and implement business proposals and user activation campaigns. Qualifications Basic Requirements - Associate degree or higher; all majors considered, with preference for Business Administration or Marketing. - Strong interest in the Web3 industry and independent insights; company offers career guidance to high-potential newcomers. - Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to use it as a daily working language. - Outstanding communication, negotiation potential, and problem-solving skills; proficient in standard office software. - Comfortable with remote work, highly responsible, and self-driven in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness and ability to travel for business needs, including in-person meetings with partners and key industry figures. Preferred Plus - B2B sales experience in the cryptocurrency or financial sector. - Active on social platforms such as X, Telegram, or Discord, with existing KOL resources or agency collaboration background. - Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem and a deep understanding of social media traffic dynamics.
