Job Responsibilities 1. Proactively expand potential KOLs, agencies, and affiliate partners within the assigned region 2. Manage the entire collaboration process from initial contact to campaign launch in accordance with internal SOPs 3. Collaborate with internal teams to configure invitation links, distribute materials, and track KPI data 4. Participate in regular BD training sessions and performance review meetings 5. Assist senior team members in driving marketing activities and managing partner relationships 6. Achieve the first successful collaboration case within 30–45 days of onboarding Requirements 1. Proficiency in both English and Chinese for training and daily collaboration 2. Outgoing personality with clear communication skills for external interactions 3. Strong self-learning ability with a quick ramp-up on new products or processes 4. 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or customer service 5. Familiarity with KOLs, influencers, or affiliate marketers is preferred 6. Interest in cryptocurrency, trading, or the Web3 space is a plus 7. Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or the advertising industry is an advantage Compensation and Development 1. Base salary plus trading volume commission 2.
