Position Title: Contract Business Development (BD)

I. Responsibilities

1. Expand contract business cooperation channels, including but not limited to crypto industry KOLs, community leaders, quantitative strategy teams, traffic websites, self-media bloggers, agencies, and vertical media.

2. Maintain strong cooperative relationships with channels and enhance channel output efficiency through refined operations.

3. Meet established growth targets based on company metrics and possess the ability to solve problems independently.

4. Actively participate in major industry events to continuously uncover potential channels and business growth opportunities.

5. Demonstrate excellent data analysis skills and drive channel management with a data-driven approach.

II. Requirements

1. Candidates with web3 contract business channel resources, traditional financial client resources, or internet traffic promotion experience are preferred.

2. Clear logic and agile thinking, with keen insight into industry trends and market dynamics.

3. Own a methodology for channel management and operations, with a systematic understanding of channel expansion, conversion, and yield improvement.

4. Value compliant operations, possess strong self-motivation, and maintain a professional image.

5. Strong stress tolerance and goal-oriented mindset, able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-demand work environment.
