Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for expanding and negotiating cooperation channels and ecological partners to promote NERO ecosystem development;
• Deeply understand the cryptocurrency and DeFi ecosystems, assisting NERO in expanding activities, market collaborations, and project implementations, including but not limited to: project parties, KOLs, and agencies;
• Assist in facilitating resource connections, ensuring the realization of collaborative content and objectives, and providing timely feedback on cooperation issues;
• Maintain long-term and stable communication with ecological partners to ensure smooth collaboration progress.

Qualifications

• Familiar with the BD process in the cryptocurrency industry, with relevant field experience;
• Possess excellent communication skills and resource connection capabilities;
• Have a strong interest in the Crypto and Web3 industries, able to capture first-hand market information and convert it into collaboration opportunities;
• Exhibit strong execution ability and a sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 2 years of experience in Crypto BD, with preference given to those who have participated in large public chain/DeFi projects;
• Have deep experience in the Crypto market with a rich network of collaborative resources;
• Possess good regional market expansion experience (especially in overseas markets);
• Have KOL/institution collaboration resources and the ability to quickly drive cooperation implementation.
