Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in business development tasks, including client engagement, drafting cooperation proposals, and following up on agreements.

2. Maintain partnerships related to the listing business on the exchange.

3. Collect market dynamics and competitor information, analyze industry trends, and produce regular reports.

4. Coordinate with internal analysts, operations, and technical teams to drive cooperation projects to fruition.

5. Manage business data statistics to support decision-making optimization.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preference for majors related to finance, economics, marketing, etc.

2. More than 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency/exchange/financial derivatives industry, familiar with finance and exchange operations.

3. Excellent communication skills and business negotiation abilities, fluent in both Chinese and English.

4. Clear logic, proficient in data analysis and tools such as PPT/Excel.

5. Sensitive to industry trends, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, strong execution and learning abilities; English proficiency required.

6. Good appearance and temperament are a plus, willingness to travel abroad is acceptable.
