1. Assist in identifying potential business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

2. Support the senior business development team in client outreach, including scheduling meetings, drafting proposals, and following up on communications.

3. Help build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.

4. Contribute to the development of sales presentations, pitches, and marketing materials.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and recruitment, to align business development efforts with overall company strategies.

6. Track and report on business development activities, ensuring accurate documentation and analysis of performance metrics.

7. Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and documentation as required.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to proactively identify opportunities for growth.

9. Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and forums to enhance visibility and brand recognition.

Qualifications:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Eagerness to learn and grow in the business development field.
6. Amenable to travel to attend events local or in abroad

• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
• Work-From-Home and must be willing to travel to meet up with clients, and attend business meetings
