We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Development Analyst to support our growth strategies and drive market expansion. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing business performance, and identifying opportunities that align with FMC's goals. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities relevant to FMC’s services.
• Analyze business data, customer behavior, and sales pipelines to generate actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and strategic presentations.
• Support planning, execution, and analysis of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with research, sales, and operations teams to align marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify and evaluate potential clients, partners, and new market segments.
• Track and report on KPIs related to business development activities.
• Maintain and manage CRM data and contribute to lead-generation initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to support strategy refinement.
• Represent FMC at networking events, client meetings, and industry conferences.
• Perform additional duties and support special projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or marketing analysis.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
• Solid understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and strategic business planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willing to travel when required for business events or fieldwork.
