Job Description
岗位职责
- 机构募资：面向家族办公室、私人银行、券商PB/资管、FOF、保险/年金等，制定账户策略与目标清单，推进开户、尽调、签约与到款全流程。
- 高净值拓展：联动独立理财顾问、家办平台等中介，组织私享会/一对一深度沟通，建立可持续转介绍机制。
- 投资者关系：维护存量投资者，提升留存与复投率；定期输出重要沟通要点，反馈客户洞察给投研与产品。
- 市场活动与内容：参与行业大会、路演与闭门会，沉淀话术与案例库。
任职要求
- 经验：具备机构销售/募资/渠道拓展经验；具可验证的资金引入案例（近12–24个月）或关键人脉网络。私募量化、券商机构销售、家办/私行/财富端经验优先。
- 资源与本地化：具香港或深圳在地客户圈层与活动资源，能直接触达家办负责人、机构投委。
- 能力：目标导向与强推进力，优秀沟通/谈判，能独立主持中小型路演；双语（普通话+英语）。
