1. Senior U-Card Business Manager (Channel and Agency System Establishment)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior U-Card Business Manager with strong channel penetration capabilities and experience in building agency systems, responsible for channel expansion, agency network development, and scalable growth of the U-Card business. This role is ideal for candidates with mature channel resources who can quickly drive commercial conversions and transform personal resources into sustainable, operational business systems.

Responsibilities

1. Channel and Partner Expansion

– Establish and expand multi-tiered agency and partnership networks, including:

  • Online channels: KOLs, community leaders, affiliate marketing, content traffic collaborations

  • Offline channels: brick-and-mortar merchants, field marketing networks, local lifestyle service providers

  • Institutional partnerships: chambers of commerce, associations, corporate clients, bulk card issuance collaborations

– Accelerate the activation of high-potential channels to drive card issuance and active user growth.

– Build long-term, stable strategic partnerships.

2. Agency System and Revenue-Sharing Model Design

– Design appropriate agency revenue-sharing structures, tiered incentive mechanisms, and long-term retention strategies.

– Continuously optimize incentive policies to enhance agency engagement and conversion efficiency.

– Assist agencies in understanding product logic and revenue models clearly.

3. Agency Enablement and Operational Management

– Develop an agency training system and standardized SOPs, including sales processes, compliance guidelines, and risk control standards.

– Continuously empower the agency team to improve their customer acquisition and conversion capabilities.

– Monitor agency performance data and drive ongoing operational efficiency improvements.

4. Strategic Planning and Cross-Functional Collaboration

– Analyze industry trends, market shifts, and competitive dynamics to formulate business growth strategies.

– Collaborate closely with product, risk control, and operations teams to drive product optimization and commercial closure.

– Maintain business resilience and rapid adaptability in a fluctuating market environment.

Qualifications

Background (meet one of the following)

1. Web3 / Crypto industry experience: exchanges, OTC, wallets, community operations, mining machine sales, etc.

2. Traditional payments / card issuance background: POS agency systems, credit card channels, or payment field marketing management.

3. High-net-worth client sales background: private banking, MDRT insurance teams, high-end client management.

4. Cross-border business experience: cross-border e-commerce payments, overseas payments, study abroad/immigration services, overseas asset allocation.

Skills and Competencies

– Possess real, quickly deployable channel resources or an agency network.

– Hands-on experience building an agency system from scratch (0 to 1), familiar with revenue-sharing model design, incentive mechanisms, and channel management methods.

– Excellent business negotiation and cross-organizational collaboration skills.

– Strong resilience under pressure and results-oriented, capable of thriving in fast-paced, uncertain environments.

Preferred Qualifications

– Managed an agency or major channel network of over 50 members.

– Proven record in large-scale channel growth or partnership-driven user acquisition.

– Familiarity with payment compliance, risk management, or cross-border regulations.

– Experience in expanding into overseas markets.
