Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage institutional clients, family offices, premium project teams, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the Korean market.
2. Gain a thorough understanding of client needs and promote the platform’s trading services, wealth management solutions, and institutional-grade products.
3. Achieve a monthly target of at least USD 30 million in new trading volume.
4. Gather market trends and competitor intelligence to support the company’s strategic planning in Korea.

Qualifications:

1. Required: Experience in business development, institutional client management, or key account management at a leading local Korean cryptocurrency exchange.
2. Fluency in Korean as a working language; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
3. An established network of institutional clients and resources within Korea’s Web3 ecosystem.
4. Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
