Lead business development for Gin MiniFX in the global English-speaking market, focusing on recruiting small to mid-sized IBs, trading communities, signal providers, and traders.

  • Proactively identify and engage potential partners via X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and other platforms.
  • Manage the full IB onboarding process from initial outreach and communication to partnership confirmation and official launch.
  • Clearly explain cooperation models, rebate structures, and promotion methods, and assist IBs in launching campaigns quickly.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with IBs (one-on-one and group), resolving any issues during collaboration.
  • Support IB activation and retention to drive continuous promotion and trading volume growth.
  • Collect feedback from IBs and the market to help optimize products and partnership programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in Web3, crypto, Forex, CFD, or perpetual contracts.
  • Practical experience in business development, IB/affiliate programs, and partner management.
  • Familiarity with trader networks, signal groups, and trading communities.
  • Ability to conduct high-frequency proactive outreach (cold outreach).
  • Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to drive partnerships independently.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established network of IBs, trading communities, or KOLs.
  • Experience managing a large number of small and mid-sized IBs.
  • Familiarity with IB/affiliate back-office or rebate systems.
  • Experience in international markets or cross-time-zone collaboration.
