Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Sales to drive growth in our healthcare SaaS solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling SaaS platforms, a strong understanding of healthcare processes, and proven success in meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare SaaS sector.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with healthcare organizations, providers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential leads.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demos.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.


Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 5+ years selling healthcare SaaS or RCM services to US medical practices, labs, or hospitals
  • Proven track record closing $15K-$100K+ annual contracts
  • Active network of 50+ contacts in US healthcare (practice administrators, lab directors, decision-makers you can reach out to today)
  • Experience building or executing GTM strategies (not just following someone else's playbook)
  • Can hunt when warm leads run out (you know how to open cold doors)
  • Excellent English (you'll be on calls with US customers daily)
