We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager (Web3) to lead partnerships, ecosystem expansion, and strategic alliances within the blockchain, DeFi, and RWA sectors. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of token economics, decentralized governance, and regulatory trends, combined with strong networking and deal-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & Partnerships

• Identify and negotiate partnerships with exchanges, wallets, custodians, RWA platforms, and liquidity providers.
• Develop and execute BD strategies to expand the project’s user base, token adoption, and on-chain liquidity.
• Lead co-marketing and listing collaborations with CEXs/DEXs and Web3 service providers.

2. Ecosystem Development

• Build alliances with DAOs, DeFi protocols, GameFi, and infrastructure partners to enhance interoperability and network reach.
• Drive community-driven initiatives and ecosystem grant programs to foster long-term engagement.
• Coordinate with tech and marketing teams for integration roadmaps and joint announcements.

3. Investment & Fundraising Support

• Engage with venture capital firms, angel investors, and institutional partners for strategic investment rounds.
• Support token sale campaigns (Seed, Private, IDO/IEO) through BD channels and partnership leverage.
• Prepare pitch materials, investor briefings, and compliance documentation (Reg D/Reg S, KYC/AML, etc.).

4. Market & Regulatory Intelligence

• Track emerging market trends, blockchain regulations, and competitive landscape in global jurisdictions (U.S., Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, etc.).
• Provide insights to guide token listing, licensing, and jurisdictional strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Web3 / Crypto / FinTech BD, ecosystem, or venture relations.
• Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, DAO governance, and tokenomics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Fluent in English; Chinese or other languages a plus.
• Experience with exchange listings, RWA partnerships, or licensing (VASP/MSB) is highly valued.

Preferred Background

• Worked with leading exchanges, blockchain foundations, or Web3 projects.
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional corporate structures (BVI, Cayman, Singapore, Panama) and compliance frameworks.
• Network with VCs, market makers, and media/KOL ecosystems.
