Location: Remote (Priority Regions: Korea)

Immediate joiners are preferred due to the urgency of the role.

Responsibilities

- Leverage your local network of traders, KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and Web3 projects to recruit, support, and manage high-quality funded traders under CoinW Prop Trading (CPT).

- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with local opinion leaders, community managers, and trading educators to drive user acquisition and trading volume.

- Plan, execute, and optimize localized marketing and recruitment campaigns using your regional network and channels, ensuring strong conversion and ROI.

- Represent the CPT brand in your region and act as a bridge between HQ and local communities, sharing insights on user behavior, cultural trends, and market competition.

Stay informed on local market developments and propose new opportunities or improvements to global business development and trader acquisition strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of traders and partners.

- Experience in business development, partnerships, or community operations in crypto, Web3, trading, or fintech.

Strong local network with access to active traders, influencers, and investment groups.

- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; capable of working independently and delivering measurable outcomes.

- Familiarity with centralized/decentralized exchanges, trading behavior, and proprietary trading models.

Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.

- Adaptability to remote work, cross-time zone collaboration, and a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

- Existing partnerships with trading academies, crypto KOLs, or investment communities.

- Experience supporting early-stage Web3 or crypto projects or running recruitment campaigns.

- Knowledge of performance-driven campaigns and incentive program design.

- Ability to create or localize community-facing educational or promotional content.
