We are seeking an experienced Business Development (BD) Manager/Director to be responsible for our CEX and DEX products in the global market, with a particular focus on the expansion and growth of overseas contract business. This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will work closely with the product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute global growth strategies for CEX and DEX businesses, with a special focus on business and partnership development in the overseas contract market.

2. Establish long-term, friendly multinational partnerships through customer communication and relationship maintenance.

3. Formulate business development plans and strategies, responsible for the complete process of partnership negotiation, contract signing, execution, and impact analysis.

4. Establish and manage overseas contract channels and dedicated teams.

5. Conduct regular research on the operational dynamics of international competitors in contract operations, uncover customer needs, and collaborate with the product marketing team to optimize contract-related features.

6. Continuously monitor and analyze global user growth data, including user scale, retention rates, and conversion rates.

7. Develop feasible global marketing strategies and plan weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing operations.
