Qualifications

The resource should have the following qualifications:

• 10 years of solid business analysis experience.
• 8 years’ experience in Geographical Information System Operation(ESRI ArcGIS).
• 8 years’ experience in IT Team leadership.
• 5 years’ experience in designing and testing IT applications.
• Good document authoring and visual presentation skills.
• Basic skills to configure Sharepoint, Powerautomate, and PowerBI
• Conversant on Project Management Life Cycle and Solutions Delivery Life Cycle.
• Proven knowledge and experience on Agile Methodology and Waterfall Methodology.
• Strong oral and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
