Description
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in project management and implementation of solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Financial consultation, problem-solving, strong communication, banking knowledge, RDBMS, NoSQL, GraphDB, process modeling, TOGAF, ECBA.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential remote work, collaborative teams.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, excellent communicator.
