Their work spans strategic planning, creative direction, event production, and content creation. As a Brand Merchandise Production Coordinator, the role is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of merchandise and fulfillment projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting client deadlines. This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about bringing branded merchandise projects to life.


This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-from-home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Production Coordination & Execution: Oversee and track client production orders from purchase order submission through final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and to spec.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the key liaison between Brand Merchandise Managers and promotional product vendors, ensuring clear communication, quality assurance, and timely execution.
  • Order & Inventory Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records in Packiyo (WMS) and CommonSku, tracking purchase orders, inbound shipments, and production statuses while proactively flagging any potential issues.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving workflow efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and vendor relationships to enhance overall production processes.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Review proofs, ensure product specifications meet client expectations, and verify that all shipments align with project requirements.
  • Financial Administration: Coordinate vendor payment requests, track production-related expenses, and support invoice reconciliation.



QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 2+ years of experience in merchandise production, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, CommonSku, and Packiyo (or similar WMS tools).
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
